Doping Tribunal
If you’ve received a Notice of Charge from Sport Integrity Canada wish to Request a hearing before the SDRCC Doping Tribunal, please contact our case managers to obtain the relevant forms and filing instructions.

Who may Qualify for the Anti-Doping Legal Aid Program?
If the Sport Integrity Canada has notified you (an athlete or other person) of an anti-doping rule violation that carries an asserted period of ineligibility of four (4) years, you may be eligible for the SDRCC Anti-Doping Legal Aid Program.
If you haven’t been contacted yet, contact our case managers to confirm whether you qualify for this service.
