DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The SDRCC is responsible for providing alternative dispute resolution services during the course of the Canada Games, in accordance with the Canadian Sport Dispute Resolution Code and its associated rules and policies.

The SDRCC’s mandate includes the provision of dispute resolution services for Games-related decisions from July 23 to September 4, 2022 inclusively.

To file an Appeal under the Canada Games Council Appeal Policy during this period, complete the Request Form available here.

SAFE SPORT COMPLAINTS: The SDRCC is also proud to provide complaint management services for allegations of maltreatment that may have occured during the 2022 Canada Games, and that pertain to Canada Games Council representatives or to members of the following delegations:

  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nova Scotia
  • Prince Edward Island
  • Yukon
